Welcome to Ridglea Hills Elementary School!

Dear Mustang Families,

My name is Sarah Carroll, and I am your 2026-2027 Ridglea Hills Elementary PTA President. As

I step into this new role, I want to start with a “thank you.” Thank you for entrusting me to work

toward the PTA vision that every child's potential is a reality. I truly believe that, and I look

forward to working with each of you to support our children.

This year, our theme is Making Waves at RHE — Together, We Make Waves. I chose this theme

because waves don't start big. They start small, ripple outward, and grow stronger as more join

in. That's exactly the kind of year I hope we have together — starting with small steps, big heart,

and room for every family to add their own ripple.

My hope for this year is simple: that every family at RHE feels welcome, and that every family

knows their voice matters, no matter how much time they have to give or how they're able to

show up. We're starting small and building intentionally. You don't need to do it all to make a

difference — we just need you to start a ripple.
